Magnesium Oil - 2 oz

Image of Magnesium Oil - 2 oz

It can be itchy the first time you use it, I recommend trying it before a shower so that if you are too uncomfortable you can rinse it off. Slowly build up your tolerance in amount you are using and time you leave it on. It only needs 30 minutes to reach maximum absorption (you may also want to rinse it off if you don't like the oily feeling. I usually use it before bed on the bottoms of my feet, so it doesn't bother me.) I switch up *where I use this, to maximize my benefits and also based on where I need it. Do not apply this on top of another product such as lotion, as it will not be able to absorb into your skin.

1. Choose a Spot
It’s important to choose the spot you spray carefully. The first time you use magnesium oil, you feel a tingling/itchy sensation though this should dissipate the longer you use the product.
Using it on a different site each time helps to lessen this problem. Also, using it on sites that aren’t very sensitive, such as the upper arms, hips, and abdomen can lessen the itching or burning as well.

2. Spray It On, and Massage It In
The easiest way to apply is to just spritz a bit onto the affected or chosen spot and massage to help it absorb and increase blood flow to the affected area.

3. Let It Sit
Let magnesium oil absorb for at least 30 minutes before rinsing or wiping away any white residue. Some people wipe away the residue and top with a moisturizer, while others prefer to apply the magnesium oil right before a shower and then rinse it off entirely.

4. Don’t Stop!
Start with six sprays daily, and work your way up from there to about 15-20.
